What currency do you use?
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.
We ship across New Zealand and to Australia. Free NZ shipping on orders over $100; otherwise, it's $10. Australian orders are a flat rate of $20.
- New Zealand: 2–5 business days (rural may take 1–2 days longer)
- Australia: 5–10 business days
Tracking details will be emailed on dispatch.
Yes — every piece is designed and made right here in New Zealand.
Current season: Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
Outlet items: Sold as is — no returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is faulty. Please check sizing and descriptions carefully.
To request a return or report a fault, email hello@bittermoon.co.nz with photos and your order number within 7 days of receiving your item.
If a size or colour isn’t listed, it’s currently sold out. Please get in touch regarding interest in specific styles out of stock.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Union Pay. Orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
