By shopping with Bittermoon, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this page. These may be updated occasionally, and continued use of the site indicates your acceptance of any changes.
We do our best to keep our inventory accurate. However, in the rare case that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. Full payment is required before your order is dispatched. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Union Pay.
Please refer to our Shipping page for detailed information on shipping rates, timeframes, and tracking. Bittermoon is not responsible for courier or customs delays.
Current stock: You may return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Outlet items: These are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
To initiate a return or report a fault, please email hello@bittermoon.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your item. We will assess whether the item qualifies for repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
